We stand behind the quality of our compression socks. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or comfort of your order, please contact our support team at support@orthofabric.com before shipping anything back. In many cases, especially regarding sizing issues, we can offer a fast, hassle-free resolution without the need for an international return shipment.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Hygiene Policy)
Because compression socks are intimate wearable garments and hygiene products, we maintain strict guidelines for returns to ensure the safety of all our customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed (trying them on briefly for sizing is acceptable, but they must not show signs of wear, stretching, or odor).

In the original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@orthofabric.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Our main returns and fulfillment facility is located in Germany. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved based on our hygiene policy. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
