We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or comfort of your order, please contact our support team at support@orthofabric.com before shipping anything back. In many cases, we can offer a fast, hassle-free resolution without the need for an international return shipment.

Business Identity & Return Facility
While ORTHOFABRIC is operated by MFA Digital Limited (headquartered in Hong Kong), all returns for our international customers are processed at our central facility in Germany. This ensures a faster and more efficient process for you.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility & Hygiene Policy
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (trying them on briefly for sizing is perfectly fine).

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Free from signs of wear, stretching, or odors.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you (including any return shipping costs).

4. Return Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

  • Return Shipping: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind or sizing), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility in Germany.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@orthofabric.com with your Order Number.

  2. Once your return is authorized, send the package to our facility (see address below).

  3. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
